Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead the preparation, review, and consolidation of monthly financial statements including Profit & Loss, inventory valuation, and consumption reports.

  • Oversee the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting activities such as invoice processing, bank entries, revenue recognition, and petty cash management.

  • Review and approve cash flow reports, operational payments, and other key payment schedules.

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, ageing analysis, and preparation of financial reports for management oversight.

  • Manage annual audit processes and liaise with external/Internal auditors, regulatory bodies.

  • Develop, enhance, and enforce internal accounting controls, accounting systems, and compliance procedures.

  • Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations to support management decisions.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop account team members to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
