Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the end-to-end merchandising process from development to shipment for assigned accounts
∎ Maintain direct communication with buyers regarding costing, sampling, approvals, and order executionLead and supervise a team of merchandisers to ensure timely and quality order execution
∎ Coordinate with production, planning, quality, commercial, and sourcing teams to ensure all buyer requirements are met
∎ Review and analyze buyer tech packs, BOMs, and specifications; provide timely feedback
∎ Monitor and track all orders to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with buyer standards
∎ Participate in pricing, costing negotiations, and profitability analysis
∎ Monitor fabric and accessories booking, development, and delivery status
∎ Ensure accurate documentation and system updates (e.g., order sheets, T&A, buyer portals)
∎ Resolve any issues related to production delays, quality, or shipment with appropriate corrective actions
∎ Maintain strong relationships with both buyers and vendors for long-term business growth
∎ Analyze seasonal trends, buyer feedback, and competitor activity to improve offerings
