Expertise in Bangladesh VAT and tax regulations as they apply to the real estate sector and employee compensation.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Qualifications & Requirements
10-20 years of experience in Accounts & Finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role (real estate industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, VAT & Tax laws in Bangladesh.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Proficiency in ERP/Accounting software and MS Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

To strengthen our financial operations, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Manager (Accounts & Finance) to lead our finance team and ensure compliance, efficiency, and strategic financial management.
Financial Management & Planning
Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and ensure financial stability across projects.
Provide financial insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Accounts & Reporting
Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including payables, receivables, and general ledger.
Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare financial analysis and reports for board meetings and audits.
Oversee reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and intercompany transactions.
Taxation & Compliance
Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
Prepare and file statutory returns accurately and on time.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain compliance with company law and other financial regulations.
Internal Controls & Risk Management
Develop and maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management strategies.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the accounts & finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Work closely with project managers, procurement, and senior management to align financial planning with business objectives.
Collaborate with banks, financial institutions, and stakeholders for funding and investment requirements.
