UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for a driven and articulate Visa Processing Officer (F1,H1B, EB2, EB3) to join our team in an onsite role.
Job Location: Onsite – Dhaka
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday are holidays)
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Overview:
UpSkill Bangladesh is seeking a motivated and experienced Visa Processing Officer with proven expertise in F1, H1B, EB2 and EB3 visa processing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with U.S. immigration procedures, strong communication skills, and the ability to guide clients through complex documentation and application requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation, filing, and processing of F1,H1B, EB2 & EB3 visa applications.
Guide clients on eligibility, documentation, and U.S. immigration regulations.
Maintain accurate application records and ensure all submissions meet deadlines.
Track and manage H1B Lottery Registration, EB3 Skilled Green Card sponsorships, and other U.S. visa processes.
Liaise with clients, internal teams, and relevant authorities to ensure seamless communication.
Conduct regular follow-ups with applicants and provide timely updates.
Support the expansion of UpSkill Bangladesh’s U.S. visa consultancy services.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business, English, or related field preferred).
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in visa consultancy, immigration services, or related field.
Mandatory experience in F1, H1B, EB2, and EB3 visa processing.
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Knowledge of U.S. visa processes including F1, H1B, EB2 & EB3 Student, and Visit visas.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
