∎ The primary purpose of this role is to provide all personal, secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman/ CEO.
∎ Regular working hours will be 9 pm to 5 am (Bangladesh Time Zone)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting, Social Media/Blog Posting, Photo Editing, Business Research
∎ Collecting emails off websites
∎ Data entry (change the stuff on our website that is very easy)
∎ Posting blog posts to our WordPress blog (I'll show you how to do this, also very easy)
∎ Easy Social Media Tasks , Sending and responding to emails
∎ Creating custom www.Sendoutcards.com
∎ Cutting up my Podcast along with podcast summary
∎ Social media outreach and Chopping up my social media content
∎ Editing up video's putting captions on my video's
∎ Assembling list before I attend conferences of people I want to meet
∎ Helping me with speaking gig outreach
∎ HELP ME set up calendly correctly
∎ Researching people I want to meet
∎ Uploading info into my CRM
∎ Booking travel and Research all speakers at Nimble
∎ Expensify receipts


Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have a great phone mannerism and love people & respect people
∎ Excellent knowledge of computer programs, such as MS Office Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, internet skills and necessary Apps.
∎ Excellent oral & written communication skills
∎ Looking for a tech savvy assistant who can learn new programs fast when needed. Below are some of the programs that you'll need to know or learn on the job:
∎ Gotomeeting,com ,Zoom & Gotowebinar.com for setting up webinars & follow up
∎ All types of Google Docs & Google Apps and how to create and organize files & Sync Google Calendar with Time maker. Infusion soft CRM solution for our membership & prospect database (InfusionSoft.com)
∎ www.YouSendit.com to upload large files and send out, Dropbox and Google Drive
∎ Uploading & Managing content into Social Media sites
∎ Linked In,Facebook, Tweeter,Blog site &YouTube ,Time Maker Leadership Software
∎ Zoom/Skype for placing and recording video calls and conference calls
∎ Respond to communications (phone, & mail and email) & inquiries promptly (typically within 24 hours
∎ Minimum satisfaction level of 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 as evaluated by supervisor, peers & customers
∎ Since this is a virtual assistant position, there are lot of flexibility in hours of operation.
∎ The time difference between Dhaka and the US is between 11 and 14 hours depending on eastern time zone or pacific time zone. We will begin with a 9 pm to 5am work schedule and assistant will be operating from a local partner's Dhaka office. However, there might be some late nights and weekends involved depending on the current schedule that week. Must be flexible to work late nights, but can come late those days we will be working late. But the regular working hours will be 9 pm to 5 am (we can discuss and mutually agree).

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 32000 (Monthly)
