Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
∎ Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and pricing.
∎ Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM system.
∎ Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
∎ Promote and upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services to existing and potential customers.
∎ Process sales orders, provide quotes, and follow up on sales leads.
∎ Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
∎ Conduct outbound calls to follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and generate new business.
∎ Proven experience in customer service and/or sales roles is preferred. (Freshers are encouraged to apply.)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
∎ Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
∎ Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
