Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via online chat tools (e.g., Facebook, email, or website backend), including product usage, order processes, and more.
∎ Order Processing: Assist customers in verifying order details, handling changes, cancellations, or refund requests.
∎ After-Sales Service: Follow up on after-sales issues, providing solutions such as repairs, replacements, or returns to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints promptly and effectively, document issues, and report to supervisors.
∎ Data Management: Organize daily work data, including customer feedback and FAQs, to optimize service processes.
∎ We are looking for a detail-oriented and patient part-time customer service representative. The work is light and can be done remotely from home
