Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Social Media Management & Content Creation: Manage the company’s main social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), independently create content and campaign ideas to enhance brand influence.
∎ Content Planning & Execution: Develop and execute social media content plans based on the brand's positioning, ensuring high-quality content frequency and organizing online activities to boost follower engagement and brand exposure.
∎ Data Analysis & Optimization: Analyze social media data, evaluate content performance, and suggest innovative ways to improve content and user engagement.
∎ User Growth & Engagement: Drive follower growth and engagement through data-driven strategies, and foster a strong, interactive community.
∎ Localized Brand Promotion: Create social media marketing campaigns tailored to the trends and culture of the Bangladesh market, expanding brand recognition locally.

∎ Requirements:
∎ Language Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, fluency in both spoken and written English is preferred. Knowledge of Bengali is a plus.
∎ Social Media Expertise: Strong familiarity with and hands-on experience in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Candidates with proven success in increasing followers and engagement rates are highly preferred.
∎ Work Experience: Prior experience in social media operations is preferred. Familiarity with content e-commerce, social e-commerce, or social media marketing models is a plus. Candidates with an interest in the vape industry are strongly preferred.
∎ Data-Driven & Creative: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to adapt strategies based on insights. A creative mindset for content planning and execution across different platforms.
∎ Pressure & Communication Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment, strong independent thinking, and the ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced setting.
∎ Resource Network: Candidates with third-party media or influencer resources are preferred.
∎ Young & Dynamic: Young professionals and university students are strongly encouraged to apply.
