Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
∎ Drive online traffic to the company website and boost order conversions.
∎ Manage customer inquiries on social media platforms and provide exceptional online customer service.
∎ Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support marketing initiatives.
∎ Proficient in Facebook Ads platform operations with hands-on experience.
∎ Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Familiarity with social media marketing strategies; e-commerce experience is a plus.
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and evaluate results.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player.
∎ Base salary: 15,000 BDT/month + sales commissions.
∎ Total monthly salary can reach up to 30,000 BDT.
