Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell Mojaru’s educational products and services.
∎ Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their academic goals.
∎ Maintain a thorough understanding of Mojaru’s offerings and stay updated on new features and services.
∎ Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
∎ Record all customer interactions, feedback, and sales details in the CRM system accurately and timely.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and provide input for improving the sales process.
∎ Handle customer queries and provide exceptional post-sale support when needed.
∎ Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
∎ Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
∎ Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
∎ Basic understanding of educational needs and products is a plus.
