Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in structured Japanese language training (N5, N4 & N3 level)
∎ Assist senior instructors during language classes and workshops
∎ Support student engagement and learning in the classroom
∎ Prepare and review lesson plans, teaching materials, and learning resources
∎ Attend internal training sessions and periodic performance evaluations

∎ Successful candidates will receive further training and support to enhance their Japanese proficiency from N5, to N4 and N3 levels.

∎ There will be an initial compensation structure, and upon completion of the training and certification, they will be offered a full-time Instructor position with a revised salary structure.
