Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
∎ Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels.
∎ Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
∎ Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Well manner, verbal communication skills, and quick learner
∎ Familiarity with Digital communication systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
∎ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
