Customer Service Executive
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
