Customer Service Executive

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

  • Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

  • Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers.

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

  • Communicating with customers through various channels.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and team leader as necessary.

  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

  • Well manner, verbal communication skills, and quick learner

  • Familiarity with Digital communication systems and practices Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
