Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up.
∎ Understand client needs, preferences, and expectations to relay accurate information to the design team.
∎ Schedule and conduct initial consultations, site visits, and regular project updates.
∎ Collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
∎ Review design plans, proposals, and budgets with clients, gathering feedback and facilitating approvals.
∎ Address client concerns promptly and proactively, maintaining a positive and solutions-oriented approach.
∎ Monitor project timelines, update clients on progress, and coordinate with the design team to keep projects on schedule.
∎ Maintain detailed records of client communications, project plans, change orders, and other relevant documents.
∎ Prepare regular progress reports and provide project status updates to clients and senior management.
