Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
∎ Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the office visit.Identify and understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies.
∎ Achieve daily call targets and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
∎ Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.
