Educational Requirements:
∎ A Level, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Any discipline with high level of proficiency in English (Willing to overlook qualifications if he/she has superb communication skills in English).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting Data Entry, Administration, Call Centre Supervision/ Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Call Center, BPO/ Data Entry Firm
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ Maintain up to date database
∎ Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
∎ Work with different third party Bot Engine.
∎ Upload Content in social Media (Like, LinkedIn, You tube, facebook), and manage live videos streaming.
∎ Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
∎ Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.
∎ Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
∎ set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
∎ Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge of CRM softwares like Infusionsoft, Amazon SES or others

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Based on qualification and experience (above current market)
