Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 18 years
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.
Solid understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.
Knowledge of online marketplace tools and technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Interest in marketplace trends and continuous improvement.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and clearly, ensuring a high level of service.
Optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and Google Shopping.
Monitor marketplace performance and implement improvements.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and customer behavior.
Prepare structured reports on client feedback, performance metrics, and market insights.
Work collaboratively with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams.
Contribute ideas to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
