• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces.

• Solid understanding of platforms like Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center.

• Knowledge of online marketplace tools and technologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.Interest in marketplace trends and continuous improvement.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Familiarity with e-commerce SEO and digital marketing is an advantage.

• Availability to work in EST time zone (6 PM – 3 AM BD Time).

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce operations. This role involves managing client relationships, optimizing marketplace listings, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.

• Nurture client relationships and provide responsive support.

• Communicate clearly, empathetically, and promptly with clients, building trust and understanding.

• Optimise listings on Amazon, Walmart, and eBay to maximise visibility and sales.

• Conduct detailed market research to track trends, analyse consumer behaviour, and refine strategies.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to maintain a smooth and cohesive workflow.

• Handle client concerns professionally, ensuring their needs are addressed swiftly.

• Prepare detailed reports based on client feedback, marketplace performance, and research insights.

• Contribute creative ideas to boost client satisfaction and improve online marketplace outcomes.

• Communicate with clients directly and handle cold calling when required.

• Perform basic website maintenance and updates as needed.

• Assist with direct client handling and communication on an as-needed basis.
