At least 5 years experience in a senior management position with proven leadership and operational expertise.
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and modern business tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and oversee departmental & branch operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Develop and implement effective business plans, policies, and procedures to achieve organizational objectives.
Supervise team members, provide leadership and motivation to achieve departmental KPIs.
Coordinate with senior management for decision-making, policy formulation, and project implementation.
Monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Achieve branch business targets for deposits, loans, and other financial products.
Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
Implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to enhance branch performance.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
