Job Context:
∎ This role is responsible for driving different people analytics and digital concepts of HR to design and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that support the growth and performance of the organization and its employees.
∎ The person must have core knowledge in training needs assessment and analysis, instructional design and curriculum development, e-learning solutions, resource allocation, evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness, employee engagement, and relationship building.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training and Development
∎ Identify training needs and goals by collaborating with the leaders.
∎ Develop comprehensive training programs and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
∎ Create training materials, modules, and resources such as presentations, handouts, and e-learning content
∎ Training Delivery and Facilitation
∎ Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and engagement
∎ Deliver training through different mediums, such as in-person sessions and online platforms
∎ Utilize effective facilitation techniques to encourage participation, discussion, and interactive learning.
∎ Training Needs Assessment and Evaluation
∎ Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training priorities
∎ Develop and administer surveys, questionnaires, and assessments to measure training effectiveness and gather feedback.
∎ Training Program Management
∎ Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring logistical arrangements, resources, and equipment are in place
∎ Maintain training records, including attendance, participant feedback, and training completion status
∎ Monitor and manage the training budget, including vendor selection, cost negotiation, and expense tracking.
∎ Training Evaluation and Reporting
∎ Prepare reports and presentations on training activities, outcomes, and metrics for management and stakeholders
∎ Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancements to the training curriculum and delivery methods.
∎ Organizational Development
∎ Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas where the organization could improve its performance, culture, or structure.
∎ Develop and implement various learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
∎ Facilitate change management efforts, including communications, events, and training.
∎ Design and implement performance management programs to ensure that employees are meeting performance standards and goals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Training and development, training assessment, Training Conducting, Training Coordination, people engagement & communications.
∎ Must be well organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently, positive attitude to overcome any work challenges.
∎ Training module development in PPT, the ability to use relevant features in the module is desirable.
∎ Excellent public speaking capability is required.
