• 1-3 years in Commercial & Maintenance sector.
• Previous experience in vendor management
• Familiarity with the Commercial & Maintenance sector preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Candidates from nearby locations preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors
• Manage Vendors onboarding and ensure smooth project coordination
• Oversee vendor performance and service delivery
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Track workflow progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Develop strategies to expand client portfolio through effective negotiation
