Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop user personas through user interviews.
∎ Capture requirements and bring concepts to life through the use of wireframes and visual design.
∎ Design user interfaces and UI elements focusing on design system.
∎ Document design requirements and guidelines.
∎ Work closely with UI development team to ensure UX has been adopted.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Your skill set and enthusiasm encompass not just UX but also extend to UI Design, information architecture, prototyping, and user research. You exhibit a profound inquisitiveness about individuals, their motivations, surroundings, and aspirations and acknowledge their central importance in every design project you undertake.
∎ Experience in complex system design experience in UX role in either a client or agency environment.
∎ Ability to confidently participate in and lead workshops/design presentations with key stakeholders at a senior level.
∎ You are adept at creating sketches to explore and communicate your ideas.
∎ You are confident enough to build & maintain design system for your projects.
