Requirements

• Excellent English communication and listening skills.
• 2 years customer service related job experience
• A-levels or Bachelor’s degree
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Ability to work the night shift (USA time zone).
• Advanced computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy servicing, including changes, updates, billing questions, and coverage explanations.

• Review customer accounts to confirm proper coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen protection.

• Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.

• Helping USA based team members with their assigned duties

• Call customers reminding them about missing payments, home inspections, missing documents requests and other related tasks
