Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities
Assist customers with policy servicing, including changes, updates, billing questions, and coverage explanations.
Review customer accounts to confirm proper coverage and identify opportunities to strengthen protection.
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Helping USA based team members with their assigned duties
Call customers reminding them about missing payments, home inspections, missing documents requests and other related tasks
