Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Monitoring & Early Warning

  • Monitor delinquency trends across all buckets (X/0–179 DPD) and identify high-risk accounts.

  • Implement early warning indicators and initiate timely intervention strategies to control roll rates and portfolio deterioration.

  • Track portfolio movement, vintage analysis, and bucket-wise performance.

Collections Operations

  • Supervise Tele-collection teams and Field Collection Teams, including Collection RMs.

  • Ensure disciplined execution of collection strategies across customer segments and delinquency stages.

  • Monitor daily allocation, productivity, and recovery performance to meet assigned targets.

Compliance, Governance & Customer Protection

  • Ensure strict adherence to Bangladesh Bank guidelines, CIB reporting standards, and fair debt collection practices.

  • Maintain ethical collection standards with a strong focus on customer protection and data privacy.

  • Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews.

MIS, Analytics & Reporting

  • Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS on delinquency trends, recovery efficiency, and team productivity.

  • Provide actionable insights and reports to management for decision-making and strategy refinement.

Team Management & Performance

  • Coach, guide, and monitor team members to ensure consistent performance and skill development.

  • Set KPIs, track individual and team productivity, and drive a results-oriented culture.

  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and adherence to organizational values.
