Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Managment, Accounting, Finance

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Inventory/ Store Management, Office Management, Production/ Operation Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure that the production center continues to function within the framework of the goals and philosophy of the company.
∎ Administering operations of the production center including monitoring production and procurement, planning, maintaining records, communication and managing all staff and producers.
∎ Ensure procurement of raw materials, accessories and supplies, and their storage, handling and processing efficiently.
∎ Overseeing the accounts of the production center and ensuring financial reporting to the Head quarters.
∎ Be responsible to complete production as per the production schedule and arrange to deliver the goods to designated places in time.
∎ Coordinating and communicating between different departments such as design and quality, production, marketing, accounts, and the other for ensuring desirable performance.
∎ To ensure safety arrangements, social compliances, human right standards in the production center as per the Fair Trade Principles.
∎ To conduct continuous research for bringing changes in production lines, increasing efficiency, reducing cost and identifying opportunities for growth of the production center.
∎ To maintain harmonious relationship with producers, staff members and the stakeholders.
∎ Be responsible for preparation of periodical performance appraisal reports and sharing with the management as needed.
∎ Work with HR department for need assessment and scheduling of necessary training for the staff and the producers.
∎ Preparing and monitoring budgets and sales targets of the production center.
∎ Be responsible to do and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 years of working experience at Manager Level preferably in Production Department in any factory setups.
∎ Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
∎ Good IT knowledge for utilizing the same for regular communication and reporting.
∎ Trouble shooting skills for managing day to day operational issues of a production center.
∎ Production planning and implementation skills.
∎ Result-oriented
∎ Capable to work independently.

Salary: Tk. 28000 - 30000 (Monthly)
