∎ The bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for Unit Head /Senior Relationship Manager, Distributor Finance Team under Small Business - SME Banking Division for the following position:
∎ Unit Head/Senior Relationship Manager, Distributor Finance Unit
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Distributor Finance Unit, aligning with the overall goals of the Small Business Team
∎ • Identify new opportunities for financial product development and market expansion to support distributor finance growth. Implement business development plans with assistance of other BUs
∎ • Oversee the distributor finance portfolio, ensuring optimal performance, risk management, and profitability
∎ • Monitor and analyze portfolio trends, credit risk, and delinquency rates, and implement corrective actions as needed
∎ • Establish and enforce credit policies and procedures to mitigate risk while supporting business growth
∎ • Conduct regular reviews of creditworthiness and financial health of distributor finance program
∎ • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals
∎ • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the unit
∎ • Prepare and present regular reports on the unit’s performance, including financial metrics, risk exposure, and growth opportunities
∎ • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data-driven analysis
∎ • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
∎
