• Minimum 20 years of banking experience with reputed commercial banks

• Proven experience as:

• Business Head

• Branch Distribution / Network Management Head

• Practical expertise in both Conventional and Shariah Banking

• Proven leadership in managing large teams and multi-channel distribution

A fast-growing commercial bank, invites applications from highly accomplished banking professionals for the position of Chief Distribution & Growth Officer (CDGO). This is a CXO-level role reporting directly to the Managing Director.

Job Purpose:

Lead the Bank’s overall distribution and growth agenda across SME, Retail Banking, Cards, Alternate Delivery Channels (ADC) and the branch network, ensuring strong performance under both Conventional and Shariah Banking frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all non-corporate distribution channels

• Drive branch network productivity and optimization

• Oversee business growth strategies

• Strengthen customer acquisition, activation, and engagement

• Ensure effective governance of Banking operations and Islamic Windows

• Work closely with Managing Director & Board on growth and expansion strategy

• Ensure compliance, risk discipline and sustainable growth
