• 03 to 08 years of experience in any reputed Bank with 03 years of experience in Shahriah based Islamic Bank or Islamic Banking Division/Branch/Window of conventional bank.

• Sound knowledge in Shariah Laws, Islamic investment risk and compliance management.

• Sound knowledge on MS Package - Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

• Must have strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.

• Candidates having professional degree will be given preference.

• Candidates having break of services need not to apply.

1. Promote Islamic banking products and services to achieve deposit mobilization, investment growth, and overall business targets.

2. Ensure full compliance with Shariah principles, Bangladesh Bank regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements in all Islamic banking activities.

3. Develop and manage Islamic deposit products and financing products with proper documentation and risk assessment.

4. Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing tailored Islamic banking solutions and ensuring high-quality customer service.

5. Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the Islamic Banking Window, including General Banking, Investment, Trade Services, Cash, and Accounts functions.

6. Monitor investment portfolio performance, recovery activities, operational risks, and client financial health; take timely corrective actions when required.

7. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, expanding the Islamic banking portfolio, and promoting innovative Shariah-compliant products.

8. Oversee accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory, management, and operational reports.

9. Participate in audit, inspection, and compliance processes, and ensure effective closure of observations and risk issues.

10. Contribute to staff development by supporting training on Islamic banking principles, operational best practices, and ethical standards.
