• Assist in identifying and onboarding new partners to strengthen IPDC’s retail business ecosystem.

• Support the preparation of proposals, MoUs, and partnership decks for internal and external communication.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute alliance-based campaigns and initiatives.

• Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, performance data, and campaign results.

• Track partnership deliverables, timelines, and ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution.

• Prepare reports and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs and promotional activities.

• Communicate regularly with partners to manage updates, resolve issues, and ensure mutual satisfaction.

• Support event planning, co-branded activations, and customer engagement programs with external partners.

• Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Compliance teams to complete documentation and follow governance processes.

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential alliance opportunities.

• Assist the Manager in presentations, reviews, and analysis for management or strategic discussions.
