Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Computer Science) from any reputed university
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design UI and front-end development
∎ Plan and implement new designs
∎ Optimize existing user interface designs
∎ Build storyboards to conceptualize designs
∎ Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product
∎ Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product
∎ Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve the usability
∎ Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
∎ Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
∎ Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
∎ Create prototypes for new product ideas
∎ Test new ideas before implementing
∎ Conduct an ongoing user research
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ 3 years of relevant work experience (preferably in UI design portfolio)
∎ Good competence in FIGMA / Adobe XD. Additionally knowledge of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
∎ Conversant in Front-end application development using HTML 5, CSS-3, Bootstrap 4 or 5,
∎ Angular JS or ReactJS,
∎ 1 year of experience with HTML5 & CSS3 is preferred
∎ Proven experience with own portfolio
∎ Certified experience in Adobe tools
∎ Familiarity with Usability Factors in Human-Computer Interaction
∎ Ability to discuss and explain design options
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills
