Job Context:
∎ To train and develop producers (FA, UM & BM) to meet sales target focusing new business and retention.
∎ Support team members of the Training and Development functions to achieve yearly training target with producers` retention.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ A motivational trainer to support business producers for best performance and achieving goals.
∎ Lead a training team, guide & coach them to ensure effective training and development functions countrywide.
∎ Regular Branch visit in Dhaka and outside districts to ensure training and development functions.
∎ Motivate team members and producers to ensure a high-performance Sales team for production and recruitment.
∎ Outline training methodology and produce high standard training materials for producers and Staffs to support reduction of producers drop out.
∎ Develop standard on line and off line training materials for effective development of knowledge and information to producers.
∎ Training methods development and relevant internal liaison to support business growth, persistency and customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with the cross functional team and departments in the business lines and services.
∎ Time bound reporting as needed for business lines and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Training and Sales experience (Life Insurance) with proven leadership ability.
∎ Excellent communication & analytical skills.
∎ Team Player & Good time-management skills with good instructional ability.
∎ Working knowledge of MS Office.
Salary: Negotiable
