∎ Job Purpose
∎ The Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions on entrepreneurship development to youth, aspiring entrepreneurs, and small business owners. The trainer will support participants in developing entrepreneurial mindsets, business planning skills and access to relevant resources to start or grow their businesses.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ ● Design, develop, and deliver training modules on entrepreneurship, business development, financial literacy, and marketing.
∎ ● Conduct needs assessments to customize training content based on the participants’ backgrounds and local & global market context.
∎ ● Facilitate interactive and practical sessions including group discussions, business simulation activities, and case studies.
∎ ● Guide participants in preparing business plans and developing viable business models.
∎ ● Provide mentorship and follow-up support to trainees for implementing their business ideas.
∎ ● Organize the mentorship program via online / offline sessions for the participants with the help of the relevant business experts.
∎ ● Collaborate with local entrepreneurs, financial institutions, and relevant stakeholders to create exposure and linkage opportunities.
∎ ● Maintain proper documentation of training sessions, attendance, assessments, and feedback.
∎ ● Follow-up the trained new entrepreneur and record there business progression.
∎ ● Continuously update training content in line with market trends and best practices in entrepreneurship.
∎ ● Market research on new business ideas for the university students & update the module as per new business ideas.
∎ Safeguarding Responsibilities
∎ ● Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organization and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation, including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA), to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ ● Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ ● Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ ● Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ ● Strong presentation and group facilitation abilities.
∎ ● Flexible, creative, and adaptive in changing Training environments.
∎ ● Ability to manage time effectively and meet facilitation deadlines.
∎ ● Comfortable using multimedia tools and digital platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Zoom) for training delivery when needed.
∎ ● Fluency in [English and/or local language, as required].
∎ ● Participants should have in depth knowledge of facebook page creation, boosting, B2B & B2C.
∎ Qualifications
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Business Administration or a related field.
∎ Experience
∎ ● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in training facilitation, adult learning, or capacity building activities.
∎ ● Proven experience in delivering interactive sessions to diverse groups, preferably youth or community members training and Online business related knowledge.
∎ ● Strong understanding of participatory learning techniques and adult education principles.
