∎ Experience in training, particularly in the areas of soft skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles and audiences.
∎ Certification in training and development is a plus.
∎ Very good in Power point and preparing training PPT.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on soft skills (e.g., communication, negotiation, Problem solving, engagement, people management, grievance).
∎ Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
∎ Assess trainees' learning needs and tailor training sessions to address specific challenges.
∎ Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure skill application.
∎ Stay updated on Labor Law/Rules and incorporate new strategies and tools into the training programs.
∎ Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and improve existing training modules.
∎ Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
