Preferred (Nice-to-Have)Completed or pursuing CCNA / CompTIA Network+ / MTCNA certification.

Minimum 1 Year experience in related field.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trainee Technology Specialist – Networking Solutions to join our technical team. This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates or aspiring IT professionals who want to build a career in Network Administration, Infrastructure Management, and Security. The trainee will work under the guidance of senior engineers to gain hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and maintaining network systems across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Support daily network operations and help resolve connectivity issues.
Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting latency, packet loss, and bandwidth issues.
Participate in network documentation, asset inventory, and change control procedures.
Assist in implementing network security measures, including firewall rules, VLAN configurations, and access control policies.
Collaborate with system and cloud teams for infrastructure integration and hybrid connectivity.
Learn and support network automation, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.
