  • Eagerness to learn multiple vendor ecosystems and adapt to evolving technologies. 
    Preferred (Nice-to-Have)

  • Completed or pursuing CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MD-102 / SC-900, VMware VCTA, or equivalent certifications.

  • Basic exposure to Intune, Workspace ONE, or CrowdStrike platforms.

  • Familiarity with PowerShell, Python, or other automation tools.

  • Understanding of Active Directory / Azure AD integration and endpoint compliance frameworks.

  • Minimum 1 Year experience in related field



Responsibilities & Context:

We are hiring a Trainee Technology Specialist – Endpoint Management & Security to join our Endpoint Services team. This entry-level role offers hands-on learning in enterprise endpoint management, protection, and device security using tools like Microsoft, VMware, Ivanti, and CrowdStrike under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, or Ivanti Endpoint Manager.

  • Support device onboarding, compliance policy creation, and software deployment for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.

  • Learn to administer and maintain endpoint protection and detection platforms (EPP/EDR) such as Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Sophos.

  • Participate in patch management, software updates, and device inventory reporting across multiple systems.

  • Help implement and monitor endpoint security baselines, encryption, and antivirus policies.

  • Support the team in incident response, troubleshooting, and vulnerability remediation.

  • Collaborate with system, cloud, and security teams to ensure device security compliance and seamless integration between management platforms.

  • Document configurations, best practices, and standard operating procedures for endpoint operations.
