∎ No prior experience required! We’re looking for individuals with a "hunger to learn" and a "desire to succeed". Willingness develop career in direct construction/ Real Estate sales.
∎ Good communication and presentation skills.
∎ Must be confident, target-oriented, and result-driven.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and social media tools.
∎ Must own a smartphone and be familiar with digital communication.
∎ Experience in similar areas will be treated as an added advantage.

∎ Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
∎ information and documents from prospective customers.
∎ Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship
∎ Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
∎ Generate detailed reports and presentations for internal teams and clients to communicate progress and results.
∎ Job Location: Mainly Dhaka & Throughout Bangladesh.
∎ Responsibilities :
