Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possess a comprehensive understanding of property re- buy sale, particularly in the context of flats and plots.
∎ Demonstrate specialized knowledge in selling potential land, especially share-based apartments.
∎ Monitor monthly sales targets, including credit and recovery management.
∎ Provide guidance in preparing proposals and skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
∎ Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to facilitate successful resale transactions.
∎ Ensure the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the monthly limits set by Senior Management.
∎ Actively seek feedback from clients and take prompt actions to address their concerns.
∎ Foster strong relationships with potential clients.
∎ Gather market and real estate information nationwide, with a specific focus on Dhaka and divisional towns.
∎ Develop action plans, and strategies, and schedule sales activities with a focus on Dhaka and divisional towns.
∎ Execute digital marketing initiatives through various media, including social media and other relevant channels.
∎ Fulfil additional duties and responsibilities as required by Senior Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Need at least 5 to 7 years' experience in this Sector. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in sales and marketing management, with a particular focus on re-buy sales and share-based development. Your expertise in this area will be highly valued and contribute significantly to the success of our team.
