Job Responsibilities:
∎ Practical sound knowledge on digital marketing & branding
∎ Overseeing marketing campaigns, tracking effectiveness of that, and reporting the findings.
∎ Strong Knowledge of Product Promotion, Customer Management Principles and Practices.
∎ Develop the go-to-market plan defining with objectives, contents, channels, funnel stages and measures and work with the team to execute.
∎ Speak and present both internally and externally to promote your product messaging.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication & it skill
∎ Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate Construction customer needs.
∎ Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calling, networking and social media
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on Handover projects and ongoing projects.
∎ Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
∎ Collaborate with team members to set up target and achieve better results.
∎ Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1-3 experience as a Marketing and Sales Executive.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali
∎ Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
