∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting with the day-to-day execution of the HR responsibilities and tasks.
∎ Processing documentation and creating reports about personnel.
∎ Respond to requests from employees regarding issues, guidelines, and rules pertaining to human resources.
∎ Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
∎ Assist management in handling disciplinary and grievance matters.
∎ Orienting new hires and training current workers.
∎ Creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and overseeing the hiring process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ All courses or pre-requisites (Internship or Thesis) of your current degree must be completed.
∎ Ability to relocate to any district across Bangladesh

Salary: Negotiable
