🔬 Key Responsibilities

• Assist in formulating and developing new food products (Bakery, Snacks, Sauces, Noodles, Chocolate, etc.).

• Support lab trials, pilot plant runs, and production scale-up activities.

• Conduct sensory evaluation, shelf-life studies, and stability testing.

• Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, processes, and test results.

• Assist in sourcing and evaluating raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.

• Support development of sustainable packaging materials.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — Quality Control, Production, and Marketing.

• Stay updated with emerging food trends, ingredients, and technologies.

💡 Skills & Competencies

• Basic understanding of food formulation and chemistry.

• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and GMP principles.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Team-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.

• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

🎓 Education & Qualifications

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry from a Public University.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a food lab or factory are encouraged to apply.
