Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Support daily inspection and quality monitoring during production and packaging operations.
- Conduct routine laboratory tests (physical, chemical, and microbiological) under the supervision of a QC Officer.
- Maintain accurate records of test data and quality documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Report any non-conformities or deviations to senior QC personnel.
- Ensure proper hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the QC laboratory and production areas.
- Assist in the implementation of GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
