Responsibilities & Context:
oversee daily operations, support staff training and motivation, manage inventory, drive sales, handle customer service, and implement merchandising to meet targets,
Operations: Assisting with daily tasks, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and smooth running of the showroom.
Staff Development: Helping to train and mentor sales team on products, sales techniques, and customer service; role-modeling excellent behavior.
Sales & Performance: Supporting sales strategies, analyzing basic sales data, helping staff meet targets, and learning to handle customer issues.
Customer Experience: Ensuring high satisfaction, resolving basic complaints, and making sure the environment is welcoming.
Inventory & Merchandising: Learning to manage stock, coordinate displays, and maintain product presentation.
Reporting: Assisting with data tracking, sales reports, and documenting processes.
