Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in creating production schedules based on orders, deadlines, and resource availability.
∎ Collaborate with the production team to understand capacity constraints and production capabilities.
∎ Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
∎ Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources.
∎ Coordinate with the quality control team to maintain and enhance product quality standards.
∎ Communicate with different departments to address any issues affecting production timelines.
∎ Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
∎ Propose and implement efficiency measures to optimize resource utilization.
∎ Maintain clear and open communication with team members, supervisors, and other relevant departments.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
