Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting quality parameters and scheduled production targets on time.
∎ Planning, monitoring, and ensuring indent activity and modification/ improvement works as well as analyzing defects.
∎ Supervising the production activities as per the line manager’s direction.
∎ Ensuring efficient and continuous running of the Casting and Finishing process.
∎ Inspecting Casting and Finishing areas and coordinating with related stakeholders to implement the strategic management decisions.
