Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute buy and sell orders for stocks, bonds, and other securities in DSE and CSE following client instructions, company policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Monitor financial markets, analyze market trends, and interpret financial data to inform trading decisions.
∎ Manage and maintain trading positions and portfolio(s), ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines and regulatory requirements.
∎ Keep up-to-date with local market news, economic indicators, and industry developments to stay informed about market conditions and potential trading opportunities.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
∎ Follow regulatory requirements including compliance with the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) rules and regulations.
∎ Stay updated with local trading technologies, tools, and systems, and adapt to changes in local trading platforms and software.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Relevant work experience as a Trader in a reputed stock brokerage firm or financial institution in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladesh stock market, trading strategies, and investment products.
∎ Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed trading decisions.
∎ Familiarity with trading platforms and software, and ability to adapt to changes in technology.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
∎ Ability to on-board new clients.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and related stakeholders.
∎ Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) rules and regulations.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and a results-oriented mindset.
