Additional Requirements:
Minimum 05 (Five) years working experience in leading commercial Banks in relevant area.
Candidates having experience in wage earner’s remittance, establishing drawing arrangement with exchange houses and MBSs will be preferred.
Knowledge, Competencies and Skills:
Very good skill in MS Office.
Good communication skill in Bangla & English

Responsibilities & Context:
Job Grade: Senior Officer to First Assistant Vice President
Key Job Responsibilities:
Establishing Drawing arrangements with Exchange Houses.
Proper disbursement of wage earners remittance to the receiver.
Dealing with different exchange houses regarding Cover Fund.
Daily, Monthly and Quarterly Wage remittance reporting to Bangladesh Bank.
Dispute resolution regarding Wage Remittance distribution.
Channelize wage remittances through MFS.
