Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed private commercial Bank is inviting applications from competent and motivated individuals for the following positions. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the required tasks of the Bank to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Job Location: Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead civil feasibility surveys for establishment, relocation, and renovation of branches, Uposhakhas, ATMs, and Head Office premises.

• Prepare and review civil drawings, layouts, BOQs, and detailed measurements for infrastructure projects.

• Plan, supervise, and ensure timely completion of civil construction, renovation, and fit-out works.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, landowners, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Supervise quality control, material specifications, and workmanship in accordance with approved designs and standards.

• Manage tender preparation, technical and financial evaluation, and contractor negotiations as per Bank policy.

• Oversee civil maintenance support for all Bank establishments.

• Prepare and monitor CapEx and OpEx budgets for civil infrastructure projects.

• Ensure preventive maintenance, contingency planning, and audit and regulatory compliance.
