  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage technical teams effectively.


Responsibilities & Context:

A reputed private commercial Bank is inviting applications from competent and motivated individuals for the following positions. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the required tasks of the Bank to ensure operational efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Job Location: Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead electro-mechanical feasibility surveys for establishment, relocation, and renovation of branches, Uposhakhas, ATMs, and Head Office premises.

  • Prepare and review electrical layouts, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), BOQs, and detailed measurements for infrastructure projects.

  • Plan, supervise, and ensure timely completion of electro-mechanical infrastructure projects.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, landowners, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Assess right-sizing and energy efficiency of electro-mechanical equipment to optimize performance and consumption.

  • Review faulty equipment assessments and recommend repair or replacement proposals for Management approval.

  • Manage tender preparation, technical and financial evaluation, and vendor negotiations in line with Bank policy.

  • Oversee electro-mechanical maintenance support for all Bank establishments.

  • Prepare and monitor CapEx and OpEx budgets for electro-mechanical infrastructure projects.

  • Ensure preventive maintenance, contingency planning, and audit and regulatory compliance.
