Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide a market midpoint analysis, the structure of local compensation plan designs and the support of the global bonus program process
∎ To assist to review the remuneration strategy, remuneration policy, remuneration systems, and guidelines and ensure the implementation
∎ To analyze and make compensation and benefits recommendations using internal and external data, including industry trends, best practices, tax, and legislative requirements
∎ To guide and assist in the development, implementation, and administration of rewards and employee benefits policies
∎ To check compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures for benefits management and delivery, and recommend policy and procedure changes
∎ To administer all incentive plans, including benefits open enrollment, ongoing new employee benefits enrollment, annual audits, and all refinements to compensation, benefit & other plans
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Analytical skills
∎ People leadership
∎ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites, ERP
