∎ Partly/ Qualified from CA/ ICMAB.

∎ Age 30 to 42 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Factory overhead cost analysis and report the excess cost point or reducing cost point·
∎ Production cost analysis; Production process reconciliation; Actual overhead allocation·
∎ Factory performance report based on each and every cost object;·
∎ Comparison report of distribution point VS stock;·
∎ Assist in the preparation of all kinds of costing MIS reporting;·
∎ Define policies and procedures for all cost accounting activities;·
∎ Coordinate with every department such as Accounts & Finance, Human Resources, Sales, Distribution, Production, Engineering etc. to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked;
∎ Visit and monitor distributors/retailers/factories to assess damage/wastage; and advise subsequently;
∎ For manufacturing products find out the raw material cost using standard data and variance analysis with actual data;
∎ Variance report of product costing and contribution margin (CM) analysis;·
∎ Analysis of the production process to find out the excess material uses possibility;
∎ Calculate the production process loss of RM and how to reduce it;
∎ Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections;
∎ Proactive analysis of budget variances and communicate the issues and opportunities to the management;
